Terms of Service

FARE SCHEDULE: All fares are approx. until confirmed by txt or email and are adjustable if number of peoples  dont match fares can be adjusted up or down to suit customers need.

Waiting time: first 15 minutes free then charges apply for every 15 minutes a charge of $20 will apply 

Payment Terms: All payments must be made in advance or upon completion of the service, either through our online payment system or in cash directly to the driver. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any charges. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time, a fee may apply.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the service will be charged to the customer.

Damages and Cleaning Fees: Customers will be responsible for any damages to the vehicle or additional cleaning fees incurred during the service.

Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner towards the driver and the vehicle. Any disruptive or unlawful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the service, and the passenger will be held responsible for any damages or costs incurred.

Liability: Our company and its drivers will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items, or for any injury or harm caused to passengers during the service. Passengers are advised to take out personal travel insurance to cover these risks.

Service Availability: Our services are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide the services as scheduled, but we cannot guarantee the timeliness or reliability of the service in such circumstances.

Privacy Policy: Our company respects your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information to any third parties. We take appropriate measures to protect your data and ensure its confidentiality.

Changes to Terms: Our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the customer's responsibility to review the terms before booking a service. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
